We provide a complete engineering service that spans every phase of the project: from the initial concept through to detailed executive design, including three-dimensional modeling of centralized vacuum chambers of any size, for both high vacuum (HV) and ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications.

Vacuum systems are designed in close collaboration with clients in order to align technical specifications, structural constraints and long-term operational objectives. Every system is developed with clarity, thoroughly tested and documented to ensure safe installation and use.

Our expertise extends to the manufacturing of centralized vacuum systems and controlled-atmosphere coating deposition plants using PVD, PECVD, coating and e-beam technology, intended for applications in the functional and decorative coatings, consumer electronics, kitchen and bathroom furnishing, automotive, research and development, renewable energy and hydrogen sectors, with the ability to provide complete ready-to-use solutions.

We work with the best materials available, including stainless steel in the AISI304 and AISI316 grades, aluminum alloys and titanium.


Specialized Systems

Our team designs and develops advanced systems for cryogenic and vacuum applications, such as custom cryostats, cryogenic cooling systems for extreme temperatures and equipment for thin-film deposition through multiple technological methodologies: Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD), vacuum evaporation, electron-beam (e-beam) deposition and Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD).

Our portfolio also includes chambers for space environment simulation, systems for the degassing of materials and components, equipment for high-altitude condition simulation, industrial freeze-drying plants and solutions for heat treatments in controlled atmospheres, developed in collaboration with the world leaders in the sector.
